July 18, 2003 To Whom It May Concern, Ken Groh was an employee of American Driver Service (ADS) for approximately eighteen years.

He held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ADS, as well as President of Coastal Carolina Carriers and Vice President of KGS Systems, all companies under my ownership. Ken was an executive with a high degree of professionalism. He was diligent, hardworking and an excellent communicator. Above all he provided superior customer service. His attention to detail and follow up with the customer set him apart from most people. Ken understood that the success of our business depended upon how well he understood our customer’s business. He headed the team which which focused on knowing our customers operations, business needs and objectives. In 1987 I made the decision to downsize ADS. If not for this decision I would hire Ken back. Ken Groh was our realtor when we bought our first house in Texas and when we sold it many years later.

In both instances, he was an extremely diligent advocate for our needs, helping us overcome potential obstacles and piloting us through the process very expeditiously and successfully. As a result of Ken’s skillfulness in dealing with multiple bidders, we sold our house for way more than we had initially anticipated. We’re grateful for all of Ken’s hard work and patience.

“Working with Ken was one of the best experiences I have had to date with a Realtor.

I am sad to say that I went thru 2 other Realtors before I got to Ken. He listened to what my needs were and he also paid attention to my personality. After 2 conversations he put a plan together to sell my house and then executed that plan. My house was sold in less than 3 weeks. He listed my home at a bad time of the year but worked hard and got my home sold. He actually worked hard to get feedback from other agents who showed my home whereas my other 2 always said they weren't getting calls back. Amazing that Ken did not have that issue.
